SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan, Chin, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) above February average temperature in Rakhine State, (3°C) to (4°C) above February average temperatures in Bago Region and Southern Shan State and (5°C) above February average temperature in Yangon Region and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (1°C) in Hakha, (5°C) each in Putao, Mongyang and Tiddim, (6°C) each in Namsam, Ramthlo and Mogoke and (7°C) each in Kengtung and Mingin.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 3^rdFebruary 2020: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Mandalay, Magway and Yangon Regions, Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
