SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers has been scattered in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State and isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Eastern Shan State and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (5°C) above March average temperature in Kachin State, (3°C) to (4°C) above March average temperatures in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Ayeyarwady Regions, (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Chin and Kayah States and (2°C) above March average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Rakhine and Mon States and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (44°C)in Chauk, (42°C) each in Hinthada and Bawlakhae and (41°C)each in Yeu, Myinmu, Nyaung Oo, Magway, Aunglan, Sinbyugyun, Pyay and Ngathaichaung. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Dawei (0.12)inch and Machanbaw, Kengtung and Myeik (0.04) inch each.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the West central Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
