SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers has been scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (4°C) above March average temperature in Kachin State and (2°C) above March average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Bago Regions, Kayin and Mon States and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (40°C)each in Chauk and Theinzayet and (39°C) in Aunglan. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Tamu (0.35)inch, Putao (0.24)inch, Bhamo (0.16)inch and Machanbaw and Katha (0.08)inch each.
