SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain have been isolated in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, Shan (South and East), Rakhine, Kayah and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below February average temperatures in Magway Region, (2°C)below February average temperature in Mandalay Region, Northern Shan and Chin States and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (-1°C) in Hakha, (4°C) each in Namsam and Heho, (5°C) each in Ramthlo and Mogoke, (6°C) each in Thipaw, Kyaukmae and Pyinoolwin and (7°C) each in Lashio, Loilin, Mongyang and Tiddim. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was (0.35) inch in Kawthaung.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North and West central Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
