SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Rakhine and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (5°C) to (6°C)above March average temperatures in Upper Sagaing and Kachin State, (3°C) to (4°C) above March average temperatures in lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Shan, Chin and Kayah States and (2°C)above March average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Rakhine and Kayin States and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (43°C) in Chauk, (42°C) each in Monywa, Kyemone, Nyaung Oo, Magway, Gangaw and Bawlakhae and (41°C) each in Myinmu, Myingyan, Aunglan, Pauk and Sinbyugyun.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
