SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers has been isolated in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Northern Shan States. Weather has been partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, Eastern Shan and Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (2°C) above March average temperatures in Taninthayi Region, Kayin and Mon States and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (40°C) each in Chauk, Bawlakhae, Theinzayet and Kawkareik, (39°C) each in Pyay, Bago, Shwekyin, Tharrawady, Hinthada, Hpa-an, Myawaddy and Hlaingbwe. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was (0.39)inch in Muse.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
