SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (5°C) above March average temperature in Kachin State, (3°C) to (4°C) above March average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, (Northern and Southern)Shan, Chin and Kayah States and (2°C) above March average temperatures in Bago and Taninthayi Regions, Eastern Shan, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and about March average temperatures in Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions. The significant day temperatures were (43°C)in Bawlakhae, (42°C)in Chauk and (41°C)each in Magway, Aunglan, Sinbyugyun and Hpa-Saung.

 BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 15th March, 2020: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Mandalay and Magway Regions and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
