SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Eastern Shan and Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (6°C) above March average temperature in Kachin State, (3°C) above March average temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Southern Shan State and (2°C) above March average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Chin, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (41°C)each in Chauk and Taunggu and (40°C)each in Monywa, Sagaing, Myinmu, Myingyan, Nyaungoo, Yamethin, Tada U(Avia-Met), Pyinmana, Minbu, Magway, Aunglan, Taungdwingyi, Gangaw, Sinbyugyun, Bawlakhae and Kawkareik.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 29th March, 2020: Light rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Northern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
