SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, light rain have been isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Weather has been partly cloudy in Taninthayi region, Southern Shan, Chin, Rakhine and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) below February average temperatures in Ayeyarwady Region, Eastern Shan, Kayah and Kayin States, (2°C) below February average temperature in Northern Shan State and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and State. The significant night temperatures were (2°C) each in Namsam and Mongyang, (3°C) in Hakha, (4°C) each in Heho and Mogoke and (5°C) each in Thipaw, Lashio, Pinlaung and Kengtung. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was Putao (0.04)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
