SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers has been isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State, weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) above March average temperature in Kachin State and (2°C) above March average temperatures in Bago Region and Kayah State and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (41°C) in Bawlakhae and (40°C) each in Chauk, Pauk, Pyay, Zaung Tu and Tharrawady.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the South Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
